To do this, click on the File tab, then Print. Selecting the print area simply means that you will define the parts of the spreadsheets and workbooks that you want to print. If you do not wish to print an entire workbook or an entire spreadsheet, you'll need to do this.
As you can see below, the active worksheet takes up more of the screen and is easier to read, although you may have to scroll down or up to see the entire page. To prepare your workbook or worksheets for printing, first select your printer in the Printer section on the left. This is what your workbook is going to look like when you print it. On the right hand side, you'll see the print preview.

Office 2021 for Windows will include similar features. Microsoft’s Office LTSC variant will also include things like dark mode support, accessibility improvements, and the same Dynamic Arrays and XLOOKUP features found in Excel 2021 for Mac.

It’s designed to be a static release of Office, but during the preview there will be monthly updates that could include new features. Office 2021 for Mac will support both Apple Silicon and Intel-based Macs, and require at least 4GB of RAM and 10GB of storage space. Microsoft announced its plans for Office 2021 back in February, and a Windows version - which won’t be available in preview - will also be released later this year. While Office LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) is designed for commercial customers, both versions are perpetual versions of Office that don’t rely on subscriptions or the cloud.
